now your next step is to determine where to install your new pellet stove heater. To get the most
efficientuseofre‐circulatedheat,youshouldconsideraroomthatiscentrallylocatedwithinyourhome.
Choosearoomthatislargeandopen.
It isExtremely Importanttomaintain proper clearancesfrom any combustible surfacesormaterials in
theroomwhereyourheaterwillbelocated.Youcanfindproperclearancemeasurementsonpage13of
thismanualandontheratinglabelofyourpelletstove.
The pelletstove canbevented through anexteriorwall or into anexistingmasonry or metalchimney.
Thechimneymustbelinedifitisover6”(150mm)indiameterorifithasacross‐sectionalareaofover
28 square inches (711mm

). Venting can pass through the ceiling and roof if approved pipe is used.
Wherepassagethroughawall,orpartitionofcombustibleconstructionisdesired,theinstallationmust
conformtoCAN/CSA‐B365
